Currently, we ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Orders are delivered in 2–3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge.

We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payments. There are no extra fees for COD.

Yes — if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can return it. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note: earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit, which you can use for future purchases. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned product is inspected.

Please check your order at delivery. If the item is damaged or missing, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
