Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping:

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address. The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order.
Orders within UAE are shipped at a nominal delivery charge. Dubai/ Sharjah: AED 15 / Other Emirates: AED 25 shipping and handling charge which cannot be waived off.
Orders will be processed and delivered within 2 - 3 Business days.
We don't charge extra for Cash on Delivery.
We ship within UAE only.

In case you have received a product which is not as ordered, damaged, defective or not as described on the site, please report the same immediately to our support team (support@shopkiasha.com) on the day of delivery of the goods.
Please note that for us to process a refund the product should be returned unused, in original unbroken packaging and include all tags.
We don’t do returns if you have changed your mind.
Certain products cannot be returned (e.g. earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
Shipping and payment processing charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering.
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back and inspected by our team. You will receive the refund as store credit within 2-3 business days after your product is received back and inspected by our team. Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our office.
If you have cancelled your order before shipping, refund will be provided back to you in your store credit to use for future ordering.
No refunds (if paid by store credit or online payment) when order is cancelled after shipping. However, if payment mode is cash on delivery and the order is canceled once shipped, such customer account will get blocked for future cash on delivery orders.
