At ShopKiasha, we aim to deliver your favourite women’s and children’s fashion jewellery quickly and reliably across the UAE.

• Delivery Charges:

  • Dubai & Sharjah – AED 15

  • Other Emirates – AED 25

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Cash on Delivery: No extra fee for COD orders.

• Coverage: We currently ship within the UAE only.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is not as ordered, damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify our support team (support@shopkiasha.com) on the same day of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Certain items, such as earrings, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases.

Refunds Policy

We want to ensure a fair and transparent process:

• Cases of damaged or missing items must be reported at the time of delivery.

• Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

• Where a replacement is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

• Refunds (as store credit) are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our office.

Order Cancellations:

• If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be provided as store credit.

• Orders cancelled after shipping are non-refundable.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, if an order is cancelled after shipping, the customer account will be blocked for future COD orders.
